You held my hand,
and i let you see.
You seemed to understand,
just why i wanted you and me.

You are my friend,
although i'm unsure why-
and the more time i spend,
the harder i want to try.

Why you chose me-
i still don't see.
We may be ment to be,
me and my lil joey.

We're together now,
and i love the way it feels.
i am very proud,
and would never want a new deal.

I am the lucky one,
who has you to call my own.
You are the prize i won,
i wouldn't trade you for the world.

When you look me in the eyes,
It's to my surprise.
I can see our ties,
and that there will never be any goodbyes.
