Medicate Me Poem by MKM MKM

Medicate Me

Parents! Parents! listen to me!
Your sons and daughters are A.D.D.
Don't worry they will learn to cope
Just shove this pill down their throat
Give it a few months then you'll see
You child will think like you and me

My kid isn't hungry!
My kid can't sleep!

Don't worry that's normal the problem lays deep
in the brain
Just give the chemicals time to change
that.

Mom Dad I hate this stuff
Tutors, pills I've had enough
Get me off this concentrated concentration
its a pesticide for Relaxation

But Honey, Look! You're passing Science!

Because I drugged my brain into compliance.

So parents! Parents listen up!
To put it plainly I'm fed up
I'll admit some people need the medication
But pill popping kids are sweeping the nation

For me I never had an issue
Why can't you except I don't think like you do?
There was never a problem in my skull
I just thrive in school is all
If you could see that this is bogus
I would not be orally ingesting focus.
