To the first girl I was ever with. This girl has my heart

The memories I have of you are like an everlasting high
As I lay here and think of what we had it makes time pass by
Even though not all of them are happy, in fact a lot of them are not
I look back and smile at which were good, and laugh at why we fought
As much as we said we hated eachother, we knew it was never true
I didn't know how to express my emotions, I didn't know what to do
I could apologize over and over for how I treated you in the past
Or let you know how much you mean to me and that my love for you will always last
We had a rocky relationship, It was always up and down
But with you in my arms cuddled warmly, happiness is found
I knew we had something special the first day that we met
The way I expressed my emotions are my only regrets
I want you in my life forever, I couldn't stand to lose you again
That's why I am very thankful we can still be best friends
