I wonder why I wasn't worth the fight
When you said you love me so dear.
I gave it all that I could,
but it still did not keep you here.

You told me all these lies
and I believed them all.
You built me up so high
Just to watch me fall.

Now I am going insane
Everything is out of control.
I try so hard to forget you
But you are twisted in my soul.

The love that brought us together
is not worth the pain that tore us apart.
It will take a lot of strength
to mend this broken heart.
