Merciless World Poem by Autumn Baccellia

Merciless World

is there a rose for every maiden,
for kisses on cold days?
Could a star shine its brightest
when spots of clouds
make drops of rain?
Holding hands while walking the sand
makes a boat in every stream,
like a word said from everyone
that makes secrets
speak louder then words.
Is there a chain
around every heart
if a catch has been won?
Can we see shades of mind
when a wish
has been set aside?
Can we live a life
without sadistic minds?
Or,
do ruthless people
rule our minds?
