Messenger Of Love Ii Poem by David Oladipupo Olorunshola

Messenger Of Love Ii

I almost sprinted,
To the village square
Finished up very quickly
In other to get home,
To read the note,
I have watched you
For a while now,
Though from a distance.
I am full of words;
Yet, powerless to express them
Not from been dump,
Nor ashamed to say them;
Waiting for the right time.
But, you are so delicate
Whenever, I come close
To say the meditation
In my heart.
I become speechless,
And all I want to say,
Develop wings and fly away,
But, I write from a noble heart.
You are,
So delicately shaped;
A fine workmanship;
Design by a great sculptor,
Smooth skin and spotless
Your aroma like lavender,
And the morning green forest.
I noticed you have,
A long wavy black air,
Decorated upon a ebony face
I want you,
Like no other will want you.
I love you,
Like no other will love you.
Give me a chance,
Let me prove my love.
My love for you,
Will last forever
Ever.
