Michael Morgan, North Carolina Supreme Court Judge: Complicit In Police Crime, The Case Of The State Vs. Daniel Cash Hilliard Jr.

Michael Morgan refused to admit incriminating
evidence in the case of The State of North Carolina
(i.e. Dennis Ryan) Versus Daniel Cash Hilliard Jr.,
first saying that he would, then revoking the stay
without giving notice to either me or my attorney—
Hilliard, a convicted felon, was working undercover
for the Cary Police at the time, destroying the car
engine of our 1985 Dodge Caravan when he was
supposed to repair the timing chain—then assaulted
me when I came to his garage in Cary to see the car,
knocking me to the ground with the driver-side door,
then holding a knife over me—I was near the end,
but managed to escape to call the Cary Police, who
grudgingly took a detailed report, but then refused to
investigate as Hilliard absconded with my car engine
to an unknown location with the assistance of one
Jorge Padilla. Judge Morgan revoked the stay for
considering this evidence, and Daniel Cash Hilliard
was exonerated of the assault charge— this is how
the police collude with the judiciary when collaborators
Hilliard included, are working in undercover police crime.
