Midnight's Touch Poem by James Gray

Midnight's Touch

Rating: 5.0

Midnight's Touch

The glossy sky is born anew
As sunlight burns scares
As stars call for night
An eternal blight of the true night sky

Opaque and brilliant
Awake and Resilient
Negate it but it will always be found
It shatters the sky but opens the soul

The moon is blazing
The light is glazing
We all are gazing
We are brought together

All as the clock strikes twelve

Have to admit you had me intrigued by abecedanan. Looked it up and, - lo and behold- it is indeed a word that a grammarian such as I should know. Thanks for the heads-up and yes enjoyed the merit in your poem. Read mine - Nouns - by way of a related subject. Adeline
