Six years nearing ninety
Good God almighty
Never thought I'd make it this far
But rightly or wrongly
Though frail and unsightly
The mirror says still living you are

Through days of uncertainty
Life's been one of safety
Surviving it all to this day
But living on forever
No one has ever
For that simple reason I say
