I went to see you today
I haven't seen you in years
Trying to control emotions
That explode with tears
Gazing at the grass that has flourished from the past
Still your not here
Flashbacks of past years drops another tear
Dirt was thrown
Grass did grow
Forever in my heart you'll always be known
It hurts to be so close
Knowing your so far away
All these thoughts in my head will never be erased
I just try to maintain
