Missing You (My Sanity) Poem by StormCutter41 Brown

Missing You (My Sanity)

Rating: 2.0

It's all in my head, you'll get through this, you'll be okay. Cheap words from people who have no experience in losing it all. The shakes, the insomnia and the binge cutting stated the first step. The loss of appetite, the pill popping and the weekly therapy trip, just step two. The third begins with screaming, shouting and cussing out someone who isn't there, and believing that you are not losing your mind. The ideations, the attempts and the commits mark stage four. If your really unlucky then you see the success and the betrayal, the buried and the forgotten.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The story is just how a person slowly or rapidly succumbs to insanity and it basis the steps i've been through as a mentally unhealthy person.
