Moments Now Memory Poem by Michael Robinson

Moments Now Memory

Rating: 5.0

I think of a time I wished wouldn't end
A sleep in my arms my very best friend
Breath a soft whisper caressing my breast.
Warm and safe as I watch over your rest.
This one slice of time for which I do live
Such total contentment no other could give
I reach out and stroke your soft golden hair.
Lord bid you sweet dreams is my silent prayer
The press of my body against your soft skin
The beat of your heart sweet rhythm within.
I drift to that palace where our souls can be free
In that illusionary realm your waiting for me.
