Monkeys And Waffles Poem by Martin Paul Patton

Monkeys And Waffles

Rating: 5.0

Monkeys and waffles
And waffles and Monkeys
I like to eat waffles while riding my donkey
Donkeys like Waffles as much as we do
But never give donkeys more Waffles than two
Because donkeys like their Waffles
Just as much as me
And if you give donkeys more Waffles than two
You know they'll just want three

Back to my monkey
The one who likes Waffles
I've tried other things like tofu and falafels
Its only Waffles that make him stay home
And nobody likes it when your monkeys gone

Because monkeys create havoc
Everywhere they go
So feed them their Waffles
As much as they want
And their dung they will not throw

Its very crucial
Enough can't be said
A Waffleless monkey is something to dread
Just do what I tell you
And things will be fine
Your monkey will thank you
While swinging from vine

I do it myself
Thats why I can boast
So keep lots of Waffles
The other white toast
