Mr.Office-goer

Is always late in
Reaching the office,
Coming
And departing in a huff
As usual.

Mr.Late-comer

He is coming
And the train too is coming,
Crossing the railway gate,
Level crossing
Lying closed,
He is running
To cover the distance up
To the platform at the far end,
He taking the shortest route
Avoiding the fly over, the foot bridge
He in the guess out about
The train will definitely be late
By some minutes
He thinking it as per Indian mentality
With regard to the sense of time
And in the meantime the train entering
Into with a whistle,
Coming onto the platform
And he too running to catch the train
Holding his pants without the belt
And feeling exhausted, exasperated
To get into even the last bogey.
