Mum

How wonderful my mum can be
I always offer to make a cup of tea
Add a biscuit, that's the richest
Good enough to fit the queen
witch my mum should have been!

Very protective, but not to much
Must have had that magic touch
if i had a flower every time mum helped me
Oh, how beautiful my garden would be!

How i do adore you mum
You are truly the dearest of them all
There is not enough possible words
to explain how much
I LOVE YOU MUM! <3

poet Alfred Lord Tennyson

It little profits that an idle king,
By this still hearth, among these barren crags,
Match'd with an aged wife, I mete and dole
Unequal laws unto a savage race,
