Murder Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Murder

No poet warrior rests in opium silk
Dreams must subside in narrow arrows
Tribes will survive
You are filled with war like sanity
The civilized war of companions split
Island of Ezra Pound
Pulled by the tides of moon mutiny
It all becomes one theater
One story
You are a silk oasis
You are Judas in a dress
You are the battlegrounds
We are the confused tower
Our language is the jungle
Diamonds on snouts
Tallons waiting to rip
Classified behind registered orders
Anthills
Revel in the stars
Sophistry in gossamer angst
Hold me like rocks on the shore

Gentleness in blue rainbows
Tamarack swamps caress
She brings symbols of a deluge
We give our abridged coat of arms
Your master is your choice
Patricide is hard when flags soar
We move amidst a million angels
Quote the poets
There is no way back
The bridge is ancient
Murder is a womb of warm ideals
