Music

Music 9-7-08
Music is the back round noise in my life
Music’s in my soul
Lyrics memorized
And sung often

New bands found
New words liked

New concepts added
A never ending, always changing delight
Connections made with the words in my soul

Connections rarely lost
Music is the peace in the back round of my thoughts

There when I want and need
Music is the sanity that’s left

Music is the completion of the world
And the universal language

EVEN such is Time, that takes in trust
Our youth, our joys, our all we have,
And pays us but with earth and dust;
