Musings - Reasons Good Or Bad Poem by Paul Warren

Musings - Reasons Good Or Bad

Everything happens for a reason he said
After being given the news you'd dread
I have seen this so many times before
And people say it and want to implore

I think they say it wanting to make it better
But bad news is bad news to the letter
I think that free will gives us something
That we work to and want to be a good thing

The reality is that things just happen good or bad
And there may be no good reason and it may be sad
Massacres, Genocide and Murder are done by evil ones
And these are for no good reason as evil in the end is done

Perhaps in the end it's a question of perception?
But you still need the test of good or bad without deception.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Perception is a funny argument. Even the Nazis thought they were right. I think we still need a sense of right from wrong.
