I'm believer
I always believe in angels
That Lord has sent them on earth
For us.
Each one of us has an angel.
I Kept praying
Asking him for one
'O Dear Lord
If you are listening
Through all this darkness
Bring me some light
Through all this hardship
Bring some delight
O Lord send me angel'
Were my unusual repeated words
But I always felt dejected
As if all my prayers were rejected
Unheard, unanswered.
But I'm a believer
I Kept praying.
One day,
I was just contemplating
On my life and myself
Was just counting my blessings
and questioning myself
Who stood by me through every thick and thin?
Who loves me more than anything?
Who always make me smile?
Who counts my every mile?
Who guides me what is right?
Who resolves my every fight?
Only one
But wait
Were not these just the attributes of an angel?
O then only I realized that
Lord has accepted all my prayers
Way before they were made
A gushy sense of utter blessing
Overcomes me
I'm blessed
I always were
Yes she is
My angel
My guardian angel
My Mother!
A very natural unconscious praise of self. You may like to read my only and lonely poem. Thanks
There is a mother concealed in every female. So this may be unconscious praise of self. I may be wrong. Sorry! Thanks for attention.
Well it is not self praising I am praising my mother here..maybe unconsciously I did some. okay will check: P
What an absolute treasure of a poem for the most invaluable treasure in the world. Fabulous tribute Miss Malhi :)
God says that He loves us seventy times more than our mother. It means that mothers love is a fraction of God's love. Thanks
The Angel poem is not only the poem u have written but it shows your love, kindness, dignity, compassion, with Mother. it is full inspiration for all who pay tribute to their mother. Great Rameeza and stay blessed
