In a frozen moor
Where all the creatures were asleep
I found a flower
Who had the most beautiful smile
She captured me to stay warm
With her healing scent
So I stole life
To share it with her
And wanted to hug her
But she showed me her thistles
And enclosed herself with the snow
Since she didn't want to be hurt
Since she didn't believe me
I wanted to take her to a beautiful land
To be close...close to my hand
but she turned it down
That was willing to have a companion
So I left her
with a wounded heart
Filled with longing for her
Now I'm in the way of my journey
Unable to forget that glamorous beauty
I wish for her an eternal life
When all the snows melt
And the nature hug her forever
Like in heart of a lover

Aww...the things we miss out on because of not being able to trust. A beautifully written poem!
