delightedly

as I
grasp you by the waist

lift & place
you
on the grand piano

you hit
a bum note

but then
dangling your toes

in the froth
of keys

tiptoe through something
a little more musical

(the ebb & flow of waves)

My favourite composer
...my laughing little girl.

I so love your 'Tilly' poems and the way that you father her...pushing her imagination further and further. I love how you 'Dad' her.You just seem to totally enjoy her just as much as she enjoys you.
