Day by day
I begin to pay
For everything I ever said
And all the feelings I never bled
They stay within
Away from everyone
I can not win
Is this a sin?
The way I feel
Will never be revealed
It will never be real
All will be sealed
I try to hide them
But when I come home
These wounds are opened
And my smile
Turns to denial
My thoughts become swords
That attack with words
I begin remember
The memories I will never forget
Because I still can’t get over it.
