My Friend
Cascades of crystal water,
You remind me of.
And glints of sun,
And shimmering water.
You're my friend,
And I love you.
You're forever in my heart.
Thank-you for that love you gave from the start.
Billowing cloud movements,
And sandy, watery shores.
You remind me of,
And seagulls flying above.
You are my friend today,
You were my friend yesterday.
You will be my friend tomorrow,
And for always.
