My Good-Bye To My Dearest Uncle Poem by Kayla Sharpe

My Good-Bye To My Dearest Uncle

I can't hide the feeling anymore,
The dreams come more often,
Tears come everytime I think of you,
Knowing that you're gone,
My heart brakes into,
For the past two years,
I tried to keep you out of my mind,
But now realizing what a good uncle you were,
I can never forget,
The time you stood preaching in the front,
Preaching the Lord's name,
Til the last congregation,
I never got to say good-bye,
I didn't see you for two years,
Never knew you changed,
Til the day I seen you in the casket,
So, now my good-bye comes now,
I want to thank you for being the greatest uncle,
You will forever remain in my heart,
I miss you so much,
But now it's time to say good-bye,
So good-bye Uncle Sherwin,
I will see you again at Heaven's gates
