My Heart Never Fails.. Poem by Dinu Thomas Kuttamparambil

When i looked forward I cannot see anything...
All I see is darkness that made me totally blind.

I walked with fear...
That wasn't the fear of falling or loosing
but it was the fear of not finding a helping angel
when crossing the great valley...

I searched for my way trembling like a small child
and weeping till dawn, waiting for my way to be clear...
The wind started to blow harder...
making my venture more miserable...

But the heart never fails...
Never ever allowing the darkness nor the wind
to conquer the heart...
It will rise again to fight for justice...
