My Legacy Poem by Ency Bearis

My Legacy

Every now and then upon my mindset
As my life is going to like sunset
The time counts my life to old age, I bet

My mind is like shadowed by clouds nimbus
But clear, as I accepted in fairness
Well, I am not that person so famous

Some may know me what's my avocation
I transcribed verses from my emotion
Poetry is in my heart and devotion

My words were printed in books as poems
In spite of fact that all were theorems
Yet, with valuable bits of wisdoms

And those who had read my poems maybe
Had touched their hearts by the sagacity
When I die, my words are my legacy

I know no money in poetry, though fun
But my best legacy to my children
To let my kids finished education
