My Life

For me life can be positive
However, it never is
My life is just so lost and often I wish that life just ended
Cannot change the way things function
As life is not a perfect thing to be.
If I expressed that I am perfect, then it would be wrong
Life, is not perfect
However, I do wish that someday it gets perfect
Since, then I would be able to smile more
For a change it will make me be happy
I wish my life would change, at least for the better.

Poem of the Day

poet Christina Georgina Rossetti

Where sunless rivers weep
Their waves into the deep,
She sleeps a charmed sleep:
Awake her not.
Led by a single star,
She came from very far
