The day the Lord made you he created a special person
He made your heart out of the purest love and care
Your soul could never do wrong
I couldn't ask for nothing more special in the world
He created you for a purpose and I deeply love you
From the day I was born you were there
You raised me into a respectable gentlemen
And through everything that has happen you stand strong
But as time goes on we change and grow older
You did what you had to do for your husband, son's, and family
And your time has come and today I rejoice not cry!
Because you taught me to be strong and I will always love you
