My Muse Poem by Tsu Kuei Yang

My Muse

Rating: 4.0

I don’t know what to do
but my heart, it needs soothe
or else, i shall lose:
the heart of mine, from which, happiness ooze

but don’t get me wrong,
you, i shall long
for I shall become mine, and to no one i shall belong
To no one i shall sing this song
to no one i shall right my wrongs

I will never
ever again
hear buddha’s sereneity in a gong

Forever my alarm will be on snooze
your discard of my heart, shall throw me into the blues
forever i shall be asking, I am whose?
soon, even in Ricky’s, the main character, i shall not be,
with everyone else, myself I shall confuse
with the background i shall fuse

for I’ve lost you: my muse
