My Queen Poem by Zanor Bell

My Queen

Rating: 4.5

Her love sustained despite it all, in need i stood on you i called,
When tears were many on your shoulders i fled with those words
Of wisdom you anointed my thoughts, held my crushed parts and heal my broken hearts,
From your glory I’ll never depart. You are the one who've open my heart.

Elizabethan Queen many levitate high, praised,
Idolize and blindly eulogize. But mother your my Queen beloved my fear lady;
Grown i am but you have once bathe me. Must have been a burden
To raise a stubborn child, such a hard duty to you my salute be,
Yet you kept true and still remained you!

The love you gave in those days of despair, broken dreams you mend,
Straightened and made clear. Aspirations I held and envisioned in heart;
You still entertained those ideation with that motherly sensation you forged my creation.

Lovely tribute to a loving and caring mother, well articulated and nicely penned from the heart. A beautiful piece of poetry indeed. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
