My Rejected Heart
The first time I saw you
I knew my heart was gone.
Captured in your hands,
I fought for so long.
Breaking into your heart,
Only to be locked.
I loved to think it right,
Even if it was not.
I know it's gonna be hard
So I'll play along.
Oh my sweetheart,
I'll love to sing a song
To know the reason
Why your heart's so strong.
