MY SILENT HEROES

My silent heroes
Gave me love and support
They gave me understanding and hope
They showed me so much patience
When i was growing old

My silent heroes
Molded me the best way they can be
They gave me light, when darkness covers me
They gave me strength to fight and
They made me who I am today now

My Mom
My Dad,
They are the silent heroes of my life
Because they gave me their lives
To give me the beautiful life that i have now

I don't need to wait
For any occasions in my life
Just to thank them for what they've done
Because everyday I tell my mom and my dad
How grateful I am to be their child

poet Edgar Allan Poe

Kind solace in a dying hour!
Such, father, is not (now) my theme-
I will not madly deem that power
Of Earth may shrive me of the sin
