My So Called Eye Candy Poem by Marilyn White

My So Called Eye Candy

I hate to see you hurting so
When I think for certain
Your have something special
That I can’t put my finger on
I don’t like the fact your love
It feels like you don’t need me
There on the side to tell you
How wonderful you are
I also dislike it when you
Tell your secrets to the one hate
When I will never tell you wrong
Sell you short of what you need to hear
I don’t know if you like it
When I tell you things
But I never heard you complain
To leave by yourself like you often do
I wish I could tell you more of
How I feel what is in my heart
Why I need to tell you things
I will write them for all to see
