My Tears
My tears will flow like a stream
When I live in the reality and in dream
For there is no love left for me to taste
Better I should go and take my eternal rest
My tear drops shine like stars
They are blood from the many scars
With which I have been living the time
A soundless flute with no song and rhyme
And my tears will go on falling
Till my cold breaths goes on flowing
Love will not ever come to embrace me
Even when the soul will set the body free
A poigant poem! I think the poet is a bit apprehensive that love will never come to embrace him. Loved the expression. Top score!
