My Tribute To Women. Poem by Vin Ace

Hear yea women, thou art the spice of life,
Thine radiance pervades the world in rife.
Thy presence fills the world with light,
As you never falter to make efforts high.
Through triumph, heartbreak, with strength and grace.
You hold the world steady in your embrace.

My mother, thou art the lodestar of mine,
Through vicissitudes, your guiding light doth shine.
You have given so much for my life and sake,
Even when my actions should set anger ablaze.
Thou hath taught me to stand up tall and proud,
I shall continually cherish your boundless love.

My sisters, my ever-faithful partners in crime,
Together we've laughed, we've fought and cried.
You are my confidants and closest friends,
Even though sometimes we have some strife.
Together we've experienced life with all its parts.
Your presence and birth, truly a blessing of a kind.

My aunties, you are my second mothers,
You've shown boundless love kindness and love.
Your wisdom and guidance have kept me grounded,
You've opened doors and paved paths I needed.
For all the work in my life, I duly appreciate.
For your effort to keep me sane, I appreciate again.

My friends of the female sect, you're my tribe,
Together we navigate through life's imbibe.
Even to those I do not deem so close,
A glimpse of you brings joy to my soul.
You lift me when I fall after you've had your laugh.
I truly will cherish these bonds for life.

For the joy bringer and the hell raiser,
You've taught me lessons that help me gain.
For those who cause problems and bring pain,
You've made me stronger, more resilient and brave.
The trauma you've caused I will surely of, complain,
But still, for you, I'm grateful, even within.

Women of the world, you're true warriors,
Today we celebrate a great wonder of the world.
For all that you are and all that you do,
The world is a better place because of you,
You deserve to be celebrated every day.
You all are incredible and a blessing so great.
