My Young Soldier;
My young soldier,
Brave as can be.
My young soldier,
Don't stop fighting.
My young soldier,
You have so much strength.
My young soldier,
Please don't die on me.
My young soldier,
I love you so very much.
My young soldier,
I miss you so dearly.
My young soldier,
Come home to me.

Poet's Notes about The Poem
I wrote this poem in March about a young soldier I knew. He did come home but not the way I wanted. His name was Sgt.Wade Daniel Wilson. Wade was only 22 when he died for his country. August 4,1989- May 11,2012. Rest In Peace My Young Soldier. You are now home and can rest.
