Mystive Love Poem by Darrell R. Barber

Mystive Love

One night I awoke within a blissful dream
I saw a lost love in shadows of Moonbeams
She was standing alone by a soft mystic sea
Her voice was soft as she beckoned to me.

Her whispers were as stardust as she walked towards the sea
My thoughts were wistful as my voice feeled with glee
I spoke very soft as I ask her to wait
She looked back with a smile as she entered a gate.

As I moved towards the gate by the soft mystic sea
I noticed my lost love waving at me.
There were stars all about her as a fog settled in
Through the mist I had lost my love once again.
