Narcosis. Poem by Joe Kirk

Narcosis.

Rating: 3.0

Her lips are as soft as oxy (cotton) ,
tongue's like a syringe.
She takes every single breath away
just like broken ribs.
Her saliva is the morphine,
that takes my pain away.
She make me numb like the white substance
on the edge of my razor blade.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I was going through a tough time with addiction. While I was dealing with my issues, I met a girl who I fell in love with. After a while, she became my drug, and I was able to give up all the other bs I was doing. Not too long after, I wrote this about her.
