Nature's Melody Poem by Zaria Fallenrise

Nature's Melody

In a little green meadow, by the surrounding by trees
Which are silent all around except for the creatures there see,
As a young boy and girl come to play along in the forest and be free
This is the beginning of Nature’s Melody…

The boy heard as the violins strings strummed sustaining long
With it comes the sunlight peeking above sparkling
Down behind the deer are running, hearing their hooves rumbling the ground
And the birds with voices of flutes are screeching and piercing sounds
As this young boy listen to this cacophony
This is the Nature’s Melody….

The girl heard the mighty gongs rung of thunder
The clouds in the sky of lightning cymbals crashing
The ringing in your ears as the rain appears
Drip drop drip drop pouring down
The waterfalls raging booming timpani drums
Into the streams and rivers flowing of harps crystal clear
The splashing, the gentle, the drifting, the rushing
As the girl hear this resonance
This is the Nature’s Melody….

A young boy played with the rabbits who hearts are thudding
And snaring snakes hissing drums and rattling
And insects constant flying and buzzing
A young girl danced with the butterflies as the clarinets are warm and lively
Her voice singing like a powerful viola
And the winds are light bassoons
This is the Nature’s Melody…

A young boy and girl came to a forest one day
In a green meadow, surrounded by trees and all around the creatures you hear and see
But you hear the birds and bells are distant
The winds and flutes blowing intense whistling
The waterfalls, rivers, and streams flowing harps splashing
The animals and furries running and stomping and thudding and pumping
The thunder and storms of their cymbals crashing and lightning clashing
As they vibrate of dark, menacing gongs pounding
The violins veiled dancing ended the children’s sweet, soft, singing
This is the end of Nature’s Melody….
