Natures Dreams Poem by Max Buchanan

Natures Dreams

Lay your fears here
Rest them heavily and high
Wrench and tear their talons loose
and steer them into fright
Let doom recede like shy waves on the beach
Your joy set on the breeze
Long from filthy forgotten depths
Set all rapt and free
A light that lives only in natures dreams
A heaven that restitches all your seams
A joy that’s yours and yours alone
A joy that never leaves
A heaven that stitches all broke seams
A love that lives only in natures dreams
