Natures End Poem by lejax parker

Natures End

Rating: 4.5

There once was a forest where I stand but now there lays a wasteland desolate and bland the Forest was beautiful untouched towering high treetops desperately rising to the sky now all that lived here has died.

I try to understand the reason for this furniture electricity why do we exist we destroy to create we discriminate now it’s too late to save life and even if we could we’d just make more war and strife.

well here’s the end quite pathetic how little we have done to stop it through the bends of time we have only quickened it and the wound we left cannot me mended.

Global warming and urgent need for timber has become potentially dangerous to wildlife and forestation, both caused by human activities. It's a lovely poem, well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. I like the insight of the poem and the message. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON. ➕9.
