I have always noticed that you are so much concerned about eating healthy food. A healthy mind in a healthy body is the key to happiness. Food cooked without oil, and using minimum sugar or salt is always considered healthy. Besides your practice of consuming zero oil food, you encourage your neighbors to cook such food...! Great! !

Zero oil food is good for every one. God gives us wisdom and we feel his mercy. Swinging in his wisdom is our fortune. We love God very much. With love and hope we are growing with him. This is a great poem and you are a nice poet.

being health conscious is good, but knowing if you can believe what you hear is another story! ! my wife would be lost without extra virgin olive oil, and sometimes sesame oil. NO coconut or canola oil, please! ! ! ! OR motor oil.................in HER cooking. bri ;)
