Nepotism, Discrimination And Racism Poem by Sylvia Chidi

Nepotism, Discrimination And Racism

Nepotism, discrimination and racism
Go hand in hand
Nepotism, discrimination and racism
Is sometimes about sexism
Nepotism and discrimination,
is a discriminatory brand of elimination
Nepotism, discrimination and racism
Is sometimes about ageism
Nepotism, discrimination and racism
Is sometimes about sexuality
Or sometimes about a desired identity
Sometimes it is about an unwanted disability
But it is not that you lack the professional ability
You are simply not the preferred DNA utility

You are feeling defeated, sore and torn
But believe you me when the days have gone
And you have eventually moved on and moved on
You will realise that a new strong you has been born
A new you that will be full of positive determination
Broken away from the chains of that awful unhealthy situation! ! !
