Never run dry my pen!
Providence won’t let it.
Tell all I’ve seen to all
Who truly care to know
Relate all I have known
To all who care to know
Never run dry my pen!
Let them know of my days
Delsu as a Roger
And the Roger-student;
The hard but sharp hope days
Never run dry my pen!
Bring to their knowledge, yes!
How hardship had stormed my ship:
Yet hoped the elements
Will be at rest someday
Tell of my lonely days;
Eating bread of sorrow:
Let them know how I’ve cried
With Mama Africa
Never run dry my pen!
Write on as HE permits
Till He said “Stop! ” don’t stop!
Tell of my joyful days
Relate my miseries as well
Though people pass daily
Nego shan’t go unnoticed
Tell them all about me
Never forget to tell
My love for music and poem.
Never run dry my pen!
