Nevermore Poem by Victor Osorio

Nevermore

Rating: 4.3

Hello.........can you hear me now
Boy is not a man
I'm not the one for her
Maybe one day, I could stay in a dream
In this crazy world
Truths and lies always amaze
Imagination takes control
Nobody's listening
I miss that girl, I really do
Hatred controls my ugly side
It's uglier then my face
I look for a paper and pen
A loser can only dream
Being normal is boring
So what's next for this omega kid
Standing in front of a house
The old man told me
Heaven and hell are waiting
This is what I suffer
Until I grow old
Lost in the omega echo
In the end
What if...........life begins again
If you're really out there
Today or when--should abound
STOP! the final clue is next
The pain in me--Nevermore
Tomorrow will not be seen
I'm 23, I have nothing to show
My life is a sin
It's time for me to go
Please take care of my friends
Especially take care of my mom
God, where will I sleep tonight
was I meant for something more
Did my dark side cancel my life plans
It wasn't me, never was, nevermore
The people made me like this
They rejected, hated, and ignored
My soul can't take anymore abuse
The pain in me---Nevermore
You'll forget about me soon
So the newspaper read
On this day in June
A young man is dead.
