New Klipspringer In New Spring - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

New Klipspringer In New Spring - Lincoln Park Zoo

I'm here to say a "Howdy Do, "
From this young klipspringer female,
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
In my debut from head to tail.
I'm old enough to now come out
In African Journey so that
I can explore through all about,
Happening in my habitat.
Wherever I happen to be,
Mom is keeping a watchful eye,
And never is too far from me.
It's good to know that Mom's nearby.

You can tell Mom from her horn set.
I am too young to get horns yet.
