New Year
Sitting here trying to figure out where life will take you now.
Trying to figure out When? Where? and How?
A New Year with a new beginning.
Hoping there will not be any pretending.
The New Year has come so fast.
Now last year is just a shadow of the past.
The New Year, I hope will bring love, laughter and joy.
Just remember life is not a game or even a toy.
Begin every day every day with a smile and grace.
Live life as you know no one can ever take your place.
Love everyone with every beat of your heart.
Cause you never know when it will be time to part.
The beginning of a New Year.
Time to live life without a fear.
