Night Kiss Poem by I M Swan

Night Kiss

Rating: 5.0

Clouds cross over a hazy moon
Too late to hide, the time is soon
Anticipation makes my body shake
Have I made a fatal mistake?

Decision made, I hold my ground
And close my eyes as my heart pounds
The breath on my neck makes me jump
Causing the blood in my veins to pump

As tears fall down like gentle rain
The urge to run fills my brain
Please, wake up! I silently scream
But I know too well it's not a dream

Although I never spoke the words
I know that he had really heard
He never felt the need to speak
Just brushed his hand across my cheek

A sudden calm replaced my fear
As in his arms he drew me near
Desire overtakes my very senses
Passion breaks my last defenses

Lost inside his strong embrace
I raise my head to see his face
A handsome man with long blonde hair
Clear blues eyes returned my stare

Ignoring all the signs of danger
I give my heart to this tall stranger
My hunger grows with shameless bliss
I bare my neck and except his kiss
