No Longer Longing Poem by Farid Lutalla

No Longer Longing

Cast my love with no say,
The reason hidden,
All my efforts laid astray,
Happiness forbidden,
My lovely emotions thrown away,
All of a sudden,

Surely I say it isn't its fault,
Its just nature,
That makes the apple rot,
By my gesture,
You shouldn't be held guilt,
Beyond measure,
Wanting her beyond consent,
Hurt my pleasure,

Our relationship never worked,
But knowledge is what I got,
Although to you never loved,
Your heartbreaking expert,

No longer am I longing,
Of your doubtful love,
This decision is paining,
I can't be decisive,
But better to be crying,
Than weep alive,
