No More Worries Poem by Chibueze Oscar Osuji

No More Worries

Please, do sail away your anxiety ships
Till they sink beneath a bottomless sea
Smiling times shall come to seal wailing lips
Laughter shall float for everyone to see

Overgrown fear shall be trimm'd to meadows
Fire of love shall warm the cold-hearted
Unlock your secur'd brass doors and windows
And let fear depart from your shaking head

Do let the little ones play in the sand
And let fear live alone, in a distance
Adrenaline shall rest in the 'crine gland
And not a drop shall drop for fear, per chance

A world full with no wars and gore stories
Is a world full with milk and wild honey
We shall echo the words, 'No more worries'
For a peaceful heart worth more than money.
